The complex is comprised of three residence halls. With over 2 500 bed spaces in buildings ranging in size from 80 to 350 occupants we provide single double suite style and apartment style rooms for our guests. Every apartment houses four students each of whom will enjoy his or her own private bedroom. Woodruff residents enjoy spacious rooms with high ceilings excellent amenities convenient parking easy access to lullwater park and a bathroom shared only with the adjacent suite.
